Farm & Co restaurant is an exciting new offering on the Tweed Coast that aims to educate, nourish and inspire through food and farm.
The project is a collaboration between Mark Wilson, Founder of PLB Group – creators of Tweed Coast favourites Spice Den, Taverna, Lolita’s Mexican Cantina, Osteria Weddings and Ancora, in addition to The Acre Boomerang Farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland – alongside hospitality heavyweights Rachel Duffy (former General Manager at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, Icebergs Group, and founder of esteemed Cabarita newcomer No 35. Kitchen and Bar), and the operation’s Beverage Manager and Service Mentor, Tim Coleman, who managed the 3 chef hatted Rockpool restaurant in Sydney and brings a wealth of knowledge to operations.
