Dress is casual – smart/casual. Please note that it can be up to 5 degrees cooler on the mountain, so you may wish to bring a light jumper.

We can cater for all dietary requirements whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or similar. Please mention this when booking your tour to ensure the chef is able to prepare your meal.

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets on our tours.

Yes you can book on any of our group tours. If the minimum number of guests required for us to run the tour is not reached, we will inform you before departure. We will propose you the best alternative options or fully refund your tour.

Our small group tours are for adults only and unfortunately we can’t accept children on these tours. However, you are welcome to book a private tour where you can bring the whole family and we can tailor the day to suit everyone in your family’s requirements.

Please understand that alcohol is unable to be served to persons under the age of 18.

You email us at admin@pineappletours.com.au call us on +61 411 733 487 from 9am to 9pm to arrange your tour. We’re happy to arrange alternative payment methods and bookings if you are not able to book online.

Water and nibbles are provided on the minibus. Some tours include lunch. Please refer to the tour-specific page to see if lunch is included in your tour.

Yes, you’ll have the possibility to buy wines at each of your stops, if you require shipping we can assist in arranging shipment to your home.

You can expect to taste between 6-10 varieties at each winery/brewery on your tour. How many venues you visit will depend on the tour you select, please see the tour-specific page for more details.

Each of our minibuses hold 13 passengers. We have multiple buses available and can cater for larger groups.

Our tours generally run between 3 and 8 hours. For specific timings, please refer to the information page for the tour you are booking.

After the tour, your guide will drop you off at the same location as you were picked up. However, if you would like to be dropped off in a central area, such as restaurant district or shopping centre, this can be arranged.

We are able to offer collection services from your hotel, AirBnB, private residence or pre-arranged location within 10km of the city center. To ensure that we are able to collect you from your specified location, please call us on 0411 733 487 to confirm.
